Dynamic participation of Bike Friendly Hotel in tourism exhibitions
NatTour and the Bike Friendly Hotel label had a dynamic presence at the tourism exhibitions held in November and December, both in Greece and abroad, including Philoxenia (Thessaloniki), Greek Panorama (Zappeion), 100% Hotel Show (Paiania), AITE (Expo Athens), and Grecka Panorama (Warsaw).
At these exhibitions, hundreds of visitors and tourism professionals met with us, and we provided them with information about both the hotels and partners within the network (cycling companies, travel agencies, etc.), the “Bike Friendly” label, and the concept of cycling tourism.
There was significant interest from travel agencies and hotels from abroad, many of whom attended the exhibitions as hosted buyers or individual visitors. This highlights the potential and opportunities for further promotion of domestic cycling tourism. In this direction, Ms. Vicky Karantzavelou, Public Relations Manager of NatTour, presented the Bike Friendly label and Greek cycling tourism at the International Business Forum of the Greek Panorama, with the theme “Cycling Tourism: An Environmentally Friendly Proposal.”
The steady stream of visitors to the Bike Friendly booths and the ongoing interest in learning more from our representatives, partners, and co-exhibitors made our presence at these exhibitions particularly impactful.
